Scope of Work:
We are moving our main site and helpdesk to a new server starting at 20:00 PST (GMT -8:00) on Monday June 21, 2021. During this maintenance window, we will be pointing to a temporary server, but the helpdesk will be inaccessible. We anticipate it will take a few hours to complete. We will bring up the main site as fast as possible, and thus the live support / live chat option will be available. Please use it if you need immediate support as our technicians will be standing by to happily assist you.
